Our Personal Transition Programme

This is our primary programme, which has helped thousands of people regain control of their lives from simple to complex issues associated with mental health. It is supported by research and has collaborated with other approaches such as CBT, 12 Steps, Counselling and other medical models as the emotional component for creating and supporting change.

People who have experienced Spectrum are more likely to stick with the programme and tell us about how it has impacted positively on their ability to focus on the future and deal with situations that would have previously been too difficult.
